DO NOT use Vox Telecoms for Web Hosting.
App**** for a website. Got an email saying it was set up. Two days later the FTP still won't work, there isn't a parking page or anything up. It's like the site does not exist?

19 Dec 2021, 18:55Your script did not do its job. It was supposed to register the domain, but it hasn't. On Sat, 18 Dec, 07:16 I logged a fault (VO*********),but nothing came of it. On Sunday I felt I had given enough time and became quite upset that NOTHING had been done. On Sunday at 10h15, I sent a message saying this would be on Social media and put up a negative review on hellopeter. At 11:32 I got a response by phone saying "Oops, sorry" and "We can do something on Monday morning". When I will be out of town till Christmas. Poor guy on the phone has no idea what to do. He said he'll call back. It's been 7 hours, I don't think he'll call back because he's got no news for me. No now technical to help him. Sales staff all off. These people would have been there on Friday when I first noted something wrong? But none of them are even on standby. This means I won't be able to do ANYTHING until Christmas Day. I am nowhere near my PC between this weekend and next.
I had this weekend to set up this site, and now cannot. This is solidly a mistake on VOX telecom's part, and you should review and fix the broken back end someone is no doubt being overpaid to work on. <- If you are that person, you are overpaid. VOX have paid you and you did not perform the assigned task. Due to incompetence, laziness, or stupidity you have let your company down. Shame on you, I hope your bosses come down on you so hard you understand the full meaning of ‘dereliction of duty’.
This is not acceptable VOX. Customers are not an annoyance to be tolerated, we are who pay your salary, and if treated well grow your business. If treated badly, we sink it by telling everyone we know how useless the service from VOX is.
