Do not use vox

Have been trying for days to get hold of them, phone goes on voicemail, and keeps getting disconnected. Cant get hold of anyone to resolve the issue, have been waiting over 3 weeks just to get the fibre connected. Definitely not recommended to use this company.

Wow absolutely shocking, finally got the internet sorted. It was connected around 12 and have since been offline twice and still off, how do you even stay in business without actually providing the service we pay for. Would never ever recommend vox to anyone
