Do not use VOX as your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Do not use VOX, For months now I've experienced the same issues, and its the same story every time, they do something on their side and close the ticket, but the problem persists after an hour or two. I work from home, so i rely heavily on my internet line, but want i don't think is fair is when i have to give my boss excuses about something i cant control, or even get resolved because of this ISP's incompetency.
