Do not use Vox as your ISP!
This is totally unacceptable. Vox has cancelled my internet as per my instruction but have not told Vumatel to release my line. I have not had internet since 31 March because of the continued incompetence and unprofessionalism of Vox staff. I called the helpdesk so many times and sent countless emails. This is ridiculous! Do not use Vox as your ISP!
