Do not use Vox, absolutely useless customer service.

Absolutely useless. I have been trying to get assistance with a very basic issue. I have not been able to log into the Customer Zone since Saturday last week, 26 October 2024. Despite repeated attempts and seven different conversations with Vox customer care and them not being able to sort out the issue or give an explanation. Despite escalating the matter and promises of phoning back, I am still waiting for a call since last week Tuesday 29 October and again this morning a firm commitment to phone back at 10h00. Still no call or resolution to my issue.
