DO NOT USE VOX
Absolutely useless. Definitely would not recommend to any future customers considering VOX as their service provider for fibre installation for residential usage. VOX does not respond on time. Requested for Fibre installation over a month ago, only received a router. There was no further feedback for installation. VOX is extremely delayed. Multiple tickets get logged and there is no further assistance. VOX does not render services they promise, yet they expect customers to pay. Absolutely pathetic. The call times are over 15 mins and they do not assist in any way. Do not recommend at all.
