DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Zero star rating. I signed up with Hellopeter just to warn people against this specific company. A few years ago I used Vox and they were completely fine, this is NOT the case anymore. I don't know what has happened, but they are absolutely terrible now.
I have been trying to get internet with Vox for 2,5 weeks now. The house I'm in already has fibre installed and a Vox router from the previous tenant..... Could it be any easier?!? Aside from a few pleasant members of staff, this is the most useless service provider ever. It is honestly worth paying slightly more and investing in Afrihost or Axxess than dealing with this company.
Please please take note of these reviews and consider another company so you don't have to reach the point of death rage.
