Do not use or trust Vox Telecom

The cancellation process/termination of contract service is a nightmare. When I paid the final installment (notice month), the collection departement with the courier never collected the rental hardware (each time I notified when I moved to a new residential address) - fell on death ears, and ignored. One day, all of the sudden, Vericred Solutions phoned me, and told me to pay the outstanding amount (even though I cancelled the service back in 2024, sending proof of payments; and lastly: paying out of my own pocket for Courier Guy to send the rental hardware to Vox Telecom in Observatory).
