DO NOT USE LANTIC INTERNET OR VOX TELECOM!!!!! THEY PROVIDE NO SERVICE!!!

Ported Telkom to Vox through Lantic internet Services. Cordless handsets used were not compatible after we were told they were. Changed handsets, not configured properly, could not use them. After a year we got Vox/Lantic to collect and configure. Very poor line, customers cannot hear my wife on the phone. 20mb line but download speed only 1.5 to 3mb/s with 2 extenders from business to residence. (Business is a flat next to resodence) Logged ticket with VOX, no problems on their side. Same mobile device used with our setup works perfect with wife's receptionist wifi which is with Telkom and 20mb line. Report to Lantic advised to upgrade to 50mb line, which has close to 5ghz bandwidth according to them Did that, download speed inside house 1.5 to.3 mb,/s. Phoned Lantic, to get VOX out to test will cost close to R 2000 just callout. Advised me to rather connect extender to router with cables. That would equal 70 to 80 m at R 12 per meter, with courier cost. So for a full year, we paid over R 1000 per month, had no use of the ported phone and very suboptimal use of our internet, after logging probably 10 or 12 calls, not 1 person set his foot on our premises, want to charge us R 2000 to come assess or we pay R960 plus courier cost for cabling that might sort out the issue. Not sure exactly what we are paying for, because it definitely is not service either what we are paying for or after sales service through Lantic. DO NOT USE LANTIC INTERNET OR VOX TELECOM!!!!!
