Do not Trust Vox telecom

They ***** money monthly from all their customers, contracts states the debit order must go off on the 1st of every month then they take it off after the 2nd or 3rd of the month and fine you a late payment fee of R35, if they have to do that with 1000 customers how much money do they ***** from their customers. They don't inform you of a pro-rata payment they just deduct when ever they feel like it. Their helpdesk agents does not know anything about canceling a contract in that way they keep it going for a whole month so they deduct a extra month of your account, then Conveniently can't find any telephone recordings of any promises that was made. They not there to assist or help customers in need at all they just there to ***** your money...
