VOX Telecom Pre- and After sales services is the worse we have ever experienced in SA.

Support and call center staff not trained to deal with multi and standard queries. Sales people have a no care attitude. We do not recommend you use this service provider at all there's many more to choose from.

VOX technical support overall sucks, the staff is not user friendly and have a no care attitude.
