DO NOT SIGN UP WITH VOX TELECOM

SOUTH AFRICA - please save yourselves from this **** MONEY HUNGRY ISP! They are the WORSE!!! I ONLY have headaches ever since I signed up with Vox! The customer service is non-existent and pathetic - for EVERYTHING [i.e. every query or issues you have] a ticket must opened but they matter NEVER gets resolved but the ticket are closed stating matter resolved! My wife CANNOT work from home because she's never receive signal from the WIFI! After a technician came out to sort out the 'so called problem' We STILL CANNOT use our TV box to stream from - it outright does not work but buffering and struggling to get WIFI signal. Their so-called fiber internet is worse than dial-up internet. From the day we left Mweb for Vox we've been experiencing the WORSE fiber internet EVER!!! MWEB WE COMING BACK!!!
