Do not sign a contract with Vox!

I have been trying to get hold of the Technical Support: I have phoned twice and every time I get ahead in the queue the phone rings and gets put Down immediately before answering! I am really not happy with the service from VOX, it was all very Nice to get me in signing a contract, but once signed you don’t give a damn about customer service! The range on my Wifi router has changed drastically from last week in such a way that my security cameras don’t even pick UP my wifi anymore, so in other words, they are useless and I don’t have any security!
