Do not recommend Vox- terrible service

Vox told me to give them 30 days notice to downgrade my line. TT connect did it within 24 hours. I have made countless calls and sent countless emails . No one reads the notes. Everyone tells me my line is on 100, when they test is it shows 30. My ticket keeps being closed, but it is not resolved. Each time I phone I’m told that it is someone else who needs to assist, but no one ever does. The service is putrid. I will never recommend Vox to anyone.
