vox must be the most shocking company in south africa the don't return calls the make false promises for a week i am unable to stream technical try everything to not replace a faulty router they don't want to spend money on faulty equipment but will gladly take my R1400 every month never return calls clearly they are understaffed and don't want to employ extra staff they don't even reply to stinking letters after 5 days of run round they give me there word that they would replace the router yesterday no call no one arrives ref vox ********** 0
