Do not even consider this vox telecom service provider, you will regret

Their customer service is very disappointing. Very rare for you to receive what you pay for. If you call their helpline you will hold for more than 40 minutes without any assistance, and no option to leave a message. No one will even call you back. Their response to customer mails is non but when it comes to sending statements they are always on time. They moved my contract up to 40mbps without my consent - they are clearly only after profits.
