DO not do VOX Eutelsat no joy
From the start we are struggling with VOX. It took them amost 2 months to upgrade the system. Then the sattelite wifi is working then it is not, then the signal is so bad we can not do nothing. Then it goes off after 21:00 at night and only comes on at 7 in the morning. I complain about it for a week but nothing, then it is working again. Since yesterday the line is under 1mbps , i cannot do anything. Support is a joke. I want to cancel the contract WITHOUT PENELTIES, Vox is not providing a sercice as promised, no 24/7 support. And line is less than the 30 % they promised on the contract. Vox i want in writing that the contract is cancelled without penelties , i have alot of proof and 100+ emails the past year of all the problems with this line. In feb you send the installers out to check but they say nothing is wrong. Then it was better , not good for a couple of months. I am fed up with VOX. I cannot work like this. We rely on Vox for communication because we do not have cellphone reception. They are the worst of the worst. I will take down this review once the contract is cancelled without penelties.

13 Nov 2024, 10:43i am busy with support for weeks with out any joy. It must be cancelled without penelties. I cannot work like this, we do not have cellhone reception and wifi is to bad . Cancel this contract without penelties , VOx is in breach of contract so penelties must be cancelled

22 Nov 2024, 13:33i told them from the beginning we do not have cellphone reception at all! We are solely relying on the wifi for communications. That is why it is a very big problem to log calls with VOX because the wifi is so unreliable and we struggle to log calls and by the time we are online the probme "dissapeared"

So this is going on from very early this year and is now so bad i struggle to connect.
