Do NOT choose VOX, dishonest to the bone!

Since the 26th Fenbruary, my ADSL line ( with VOX ) was unavailable most of the time, when it was up, I got 512 kb's on a 2 meg line. After many escalations and dealing with Telkom myself ( VOX has no clout when dealing with Telkom, they a small fish in the pond ) , telkom reset the exchange weekly only for the service to work for 4 hours, then back to square one of 512 kb's per second. Escalated every week, daily calls, etc. Telkom confirmed an earth issue on the line and had many technicians at my place and still not resolved. VOX doesn't care, they will be charging me for the service for March as it's a Telkom problem! They are gutless and shroud. Be very careful consumers, they pull the wool over your eyes. My issue still not resolved by Telkom by the way, calls and escalations I did and even spoke to the CFO of Telkom, something VOX wasn't even able to do. I question their ability to operate as an ISP, public, please be careful!
