Do not change from one ISP to Vox

I am changing from one internet service provider to VOX. I made it crystal clear to VOX that I work from home and can’t afford one day without Wifi. I was promised that this will not be a problem and that I should just phone a few days before end of the month for Vox to arrange the line transfer. I signed the contract, paid my line rental for April, and cancelled my contract with the current service provider for end of March. Cancellation confirmations were sent twice to Vox. However, a few days ago I started writing emails to confirm the smooth transfer of lines. Although I received tickets for the sent emails, I never received a reply. That is where I got suspicious. When I phoned Vox today for the fourth time, I was told that it takes 2 - 3 days for the transfer of lines. I am upset and highly frustrated. This means that I will lose at least two days of work. Vox lies to customers until they signed the contract if they would habe been open and honest, my emails would have been answered.
