Dissatisfied customer

At this point they don’t even deserve a single star. They are by far the worst service provider I’ve dealt with. We have been without the internet for 4 days now, I’ve tried literally every to get hold of them. All I get are automated emails, I’ve called, went on social to try get some sort of feedback on my inquiry. All I get are unfulfilled promises that an agent will get back to me soon, I’m still waiting. It hasn’t even been a full month with them and already I’m experiencing such. Honestly this is not on! Do better!
