Dissapointing Service

Eversince I moved to this service provider, its one dissapointment after the other. Their connection & service is very poor. I spent almost the whole day with technicians on the phone trying to sort out the problem, I spent so much money on the phone and on top of that come month end you want your money for the service not provided, its not fair and very frustrating.

My last attempt was when I called in and left a message for the very same technician to contact me, he never bothered to return my call.

They keep trying different solutions that works for few minutes and get disconnected again, there is no permanent solution provided.

I'm so dissapointed and I'm unfortunately stuck with them for the next 12 months. I was so happy with the previous service provider with no connection issues, or at least they would offer solutions that best suited my needs. Unfortunately their relationship was terminated with Vumatel, not my problem but at least their service was spectecular.

Now I dont even know where to run to and paying money every month for nothing.

Hopefully someone will hear my cry and help me urgently.
