Dissapointed with Vox telecom

I Direction Developers is very dissapointed with the service Im receiving with vox firstly I had a problem with my pbx that was faulty for a couple of months and on top of that I get billed for a system that was working correctly once they sorted the problem I am now waiting 2 months for my credit/refund this was done by Marvin Leak,And then yesterday I tried calling Vanessa Smith from the beginning of a working day and no calls was answer or returned until I called the 10mins before close of business hours and once I got hold of her she told me a refund take up 2 1 and half weeks and I'm waiting to months,and then she told me to deal with a lady imaan which I have not dealt with for the new system I app**** for why would he then start blaming anther collegue as she is the accounts manager.I also tried calling Tasniem Baradien who was the person I have been dealing with and she hasn't even returned a called of sent a sms stating she can't take my call and once again I tried calling Lorne Robert's which is there boss and up till now has not heard from her I evens sent her a sms and no reply.I am very dissapointed in the service I'm receiving by Vox telecom.
