dismayed by VOX Telecom services delivery !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am an auditor and working from home due to the pandemic , I was referred to VOX by a neighbour who lives in my complex due to their good deals for unlimited fibre internet connection and excellent service delivery but i am dismayed that i did not receive the same level of delivery . My application has approved two weeks ago and was communicated to me that fibre delivery would take two weeks , I live in a complex there is "live" internet connection and a fibre box . I have been calling customer service and i have not been receiving any confirmation on the delivery day . To make things worse ,the customer care agent from their logistics department dropped the call whilst speaking . I urgently need fibre for work .
