Dismal service delivery.

This has to be the worst company for service delivery. I commissioned a switch from YahClick to Eutelsat in Novermber last year, and was promised a seamless transition. It proved to be anything but - here we are well into February, and, to date, the Eutelsat hardware has not even been delivered or set up yet. The project manager for the matter went on annual leave, without handing the matte over to anyone else. They had no problem, however, disconnecting my YahClick service on the 1st January, leaving me with no internet or e-mail for more than a week, and during the most critical time of a new business year. My frequent follow-ups are mostly ignored, or when someone does actually contact me, more promises are made, which turn out to be devoid of truth. Shockingly bad and highly unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
