Dishonest Business Practice
Vox Telecom do not reply to emails and they terminated my service and are telling me I failed to return their equipment. They failed to communicate with me and my emails to them have gone unanswered. I would like clarity on when they communicated with me and furthermore they must come and pick up their equipment.
