Dishonest and musn't accept their automated quotes!!!!

Don't click accept Vox automated quotation! Vox sent me a quote for a wrong address and despite multiple communication to say it was wrong, Vox ignored and then sent me a cancellation fee. Dishonest business not to use. Have not heard one person happy with them. You phone them and they are rude and careless. Avoid by all means
