Disgusting support, do not use this company!!

Shocking support service received. After phoning in regarding connectivity issues I have to be transferred three times to the "correct" department just to be told that someone will be calling us back, however I have been waiting over a week for someone to phone me back because support can't help me! Tell me Vox why have a support team if they can't do what is in their job description. I get bugged daily when you want me to sign up to all your false promises just to be told I am not on a month to month agreement but actually on a 12 month agreement all of a sudden so I can't cancel a service that I am not getting?! Disgusting is all I have to say, if this is the standard of service that I can expect then I will cancel and I will not pay any "cancelation fees" as I signed up for a month to month agreement.
