Disgusting service from Vox/Frogfoot

I registered and accepted an EQuote from Vox on 30 May 2022. I was promised installation within 14 days. I have sent numerous WhatsApp messages to my "dedicated consultant" who laughably always has an excuse. I tried on 4 occasions to contact Vox on their land lines but each time my call was dropped. I have sent 3 different emails to Vox support but have received no responses (excepting automated ticket numbers). Today, 23 June, I contacted Vox Port Elizabeth and left a message for the manager to call me urgently. I called again 2 hours later, and ONCE AGAIN 3 minutes before close of business. PATHETIC service. PATHETIC.
