Disgusting service from Vox Telecoms

I am experiencing the worst customer service and delivery with Vox. I moved into a new house with an active fibre line. I placed an order with Vox on 17 July and till today I have no Wi-Fi. I’ve been calling them everyday and no one can give me answers. They keep saying that they will call me back, but this never happens. I’ve been their client for 8 years and never had any issues! This is totally unacceptable. Lerushen in project management is absolutely terrible in terms of customer service.
