Disgusting service from VOX and TT Connect

Absolutely shocking experience thus far, not only are their partners TT Connect the most unreliable partners but VOX does not take accountability, does not bother to call back when you request this, managers and team leaders are never available.

If i had a choice i would go back and undo this - Clearly they dont care about business even in a global damn pendemic and global economic crisis!

Just disgusting!!!!
