Disgusting service from VOX and charges for service not provided. Stay away from using VOX Telecom

VOX Telecom Account: ********** - Disssappointed with handling of account and irrelevant charges following cancellation.

Following several calls with VOX instead of VOX resolving their invoicing problem, they decided to hand over the account to external collectors. This is how we are treated as customers at VOX if their problem is not resolved they forwad the account to ITC. VOX business behavior is ********* and unprofessional, the company continues to expect honest customers to pay for services not provided by the company, I have not seen such pathethic business practise in my entire life. Avoid using VOX Telecom services at all cost!!! I'm hoping Hello Peter an help resolve this with VOX.
