Kindly note that in order for us to request that the Network Provider release the link to a different Service Provider, we require a cancellation notice.
As per the Terms of Service, we do require 1 clear calendar months' notice to cancel the service. Therefore, the portal is correctly reflecting the cancellation date.
You are welcome to log into the Customer Portal to view the current status of your account. Payment can also be remitted on the portal directly for immediate activation of services.
