Disgusting service and customer care from Vox

Vox is the most useless service provider. I have sent emails requesting my invoices be sent to me which doesnt happen. I have sent emails to managers who just don't bother to respond. From the time they started the account process till now it has been nothing but problems with them. No one kmows thwir job and no one can help or resolve a problem. They want to suspend your account but can't give you an invoice but yet you still paid anyway. Pathetic service and they don't care about their clients. Managers dont sort out your issues they blatantly ignore your emails.
