Disgusting Service

VOX your service is so pathetic. I am a new client and I am already regretting my decision. I was not informed about a self installation of a router when I spoke to your sales representative. While typing this message I have already been trfd 6 times and the call was cut twice already. No one is prepared to help. This is disgusting. All I want is a technician to go out and assist with the installation. I will definitely not be referring your services.
