disgusting service

i signed up in august, they struggled to rica me, after sending my details over and over again. once that got done i paid R899 for a router. the application got approved and they could not provide me with the speed needed. i then cancelled the order and now im struggling to get my refund for 3weeks.

each time i send my details a new person will reply asking for the same docs i just sent. you cant get through to them by phone and they dont call you back. this is the worst company ive had to deal with. I was planning on pre-ordering my fibre with them as its currently being installed in my area but i will never consider vox.
