Disgusting service

The most disgusting service in the world! I have never endured so much frustration and bad service from a company before. Not only do they provide you with horrible service, when you cancel with them they want to charge you for all the costs they incurred in providing you with the horrible service! Ridiculous does not begin to explain it. They log nothing, follow up on nothing. For 6 months I have been waiting to speak to the manager who clearly does not care to even hear customer complaints or try to remedy it. Save yourself pain and do not even consider this company as an option!
