Disgusting service
No connection since 26 November, I've rebooted on all the calls I've made as this is has been requested each time, then I was told someone from Vumetel would come out and I would be contacted. No contact was made and nobody has come out.
When I called yesterday I was informed me that the tickets closed because the issue has been resolved....how, when....the same issue with NO CONNECTION persists.
Absolutely no feedback gets given and every time I call I will hold for up to 10 minutes or over before my call gets answered
I have absolutely no clue when my issue is going to be resolved?
Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the pathetic service from this company but come month end they dont forget to take thwir money on time!😞

Thank you Vox for handling the matter promptly after the complaint was loaded on Hello Peter. Please re-look into things in your support department, surely matters can be handled efficiently without having to only get assistance after complaining on HP.
