Disgusting Pathetic service

Today I spent an entire day trying to have a domain moved. Between 10:00am & 15:30 I spoke to a total of 11 people. I got shunted from pillar to post. I even got 2 ticket numbers. I spent a total of 43 minutes on hold over 4 different telephone calls. Every agent that was assigned to my ticket was not at their desk when I called & was told they will call me. Not one of them has called. Still my company sits without email because of the pathetic & disgusting service from this company
