Cancelled my services but was suspended sent a email and 2 months later they only sent a canceled services and they charging me for services not used while I canceled my vox fibre and disgusting account manger Florah which I recorded has disgusting ways of laughing at a customer and vox clearly made the mistake she doesn’t care I must pay this is ******* and vox in debt call me and laugh and put the phone down and act like I can’t hear they call me 7 times a day and cut the call what kind of company is vox. I will send the voice recording of your employees to the radio station so your business show how you treat your customers disgusting company.
