Disgusting customer service from Vox Telecom!

Worst customer service ever! After 8 years of being a customer, only to find out that the amount that we have been paying for data, we can get more than double elsewhere! they disconnected our Vobi service now that we are getting a new service provider. this after we paid all our equipment cash, they want to come and collect our LTE rooters? They do not know what they are doing!
