Disgusting customer service

Where to start. When looking for a provider they looked like a good company to contact for internet. And before a year was over we had to move from the house we stayed in. When this happened Vox did not have a relocating service, we were told to pay the cancelation and take out a new contract for the new adress So we opted to still pay the fee until the contract is over. The last paymet to Vox was on the 1st of July which was suppose to be the last.

To our surprize the was yet again another payment that went off on 1 Aug. We had already given the router back with great difficulty.

Now with regards to the customer service, Or should I say lack of customer service Trying to get hold of their account department for a refund they are just not helpful at all. They promi*** to call back but no call was recieved yet.

I would recomend any other service provider and not Vox at all.
