Disgusting Customer Service

I have recieved absolutely appaling service from VOX. I've been trying to get my internet installed for OVER a month. Two previous orders were canceled for no reason and I was not even notified. I had to follow up. Now, I've sent all the relevant documents and I've been told AGAIN to wait a further 3 weeks this will be nearing a two month wait WITHOUT REASON. They do not respond to emails, at least not for at least 3 days. I've spoken to the manager and still I have recieved no joy in the situation. I've been phoning on my own account at least twice DAILY since Monday, yet I still sit with the same problem. It's as though I am being ignored. I will be canceling my order and trying with another ISP who I am sure will be happy to assist us. DISGUSTED!
