Disgusting Company- take money-don’t deliver

I have had no internet for one month but I am charged and have to pay. This is grossly unfair!!!! I moved premises firstly I was told to cancel pay almost R2000 then reapply. Next I was told to get an email from previous tenants company and forward to Vox confirming line had been released. All this I have done when actually it is not my job to do!!! I have called, sent numerous emails and one month later paid and yet still no service yet I receive another invoice????!!!! I cannot wait to move from Vox. They have no idea what they are doing!!!! Friends have numerous issues with this company too. Vox are a joke but not very funny. Bunch of people that have no idea what they are doing. Training would go a long way with basic knowledge of the product. Wonder how far it will go if I stop payments they would soon be jumping and be able to contact me!! Why should pay for something I don’t have!!!!!
