Disgusting

I am an Absa customer where I had a free email address with them. I received a letter from Absa stating they were not offering this service anymore. I saw a fee coming off my account which I presumed was a service fee. Then I found out my account was being debited by vox for a mail address I did not have. I went to Absa they told me they sold the addresses. I have never given vox permission to debit my account, especially for something I don't have. I have requested the permission ive given them for the deduction. Still waiting as they dont have any permission. I urge customers of Absa to check their accounts as this is disgusting. When talking to the staff at vox they are pathetic they blame Absa, in my opinion this is ********** business practice.
