This company is not to be trusted they have decided to open an account in my name without proof what so ever that they installed Fibre in home now they claiming I owe the company for something I don't know my other line is off because of this.. they used MWeb equipment to gain customers for their business which is wrong. I need my line open

Kindly note that the details of your query has been sent to the account manager to assist.
The line was activated on the 20/04 and the billing remains liable for the active line as per the T&C’s you accepted.
We only received your cancellation request after the line went activate, and by then it was too late for us to cancel without having any occurring costs.
Vox Telecom provide their own routers to the customers and Vox Telecom can not intervene with your Mweb account.
