Disgusted by Vox

I am disgusted by vox ,in March I saw a vox advert contacted the number nd the agent promised to have my wifi connected nd working in 14 days,I then send a 30 days cancellation request with the company I was with,3days later the line was installed the activation technician came nd said he can't get a digital nd suspects sn open circuit he promised to come fix the problem the next day he never did ,2 weeks later I called vox the lying agent said they were suppose to have fixed yesterday which was a Wednesday but he will send another service request ,a week later I called again another lier of an agent promised to update me every 2weeks until the problem was fixed,still nothing happened,end of May I signed up with another service provider that promised to connect me in 3 days nd kept their promise ,I then canceled with Vox since they failed for 2 months to connect or communicate the issues they were encountering,June the 2nd vox sends am email to say my line is active nd I must pay them R3346 for their failure to connect me ? disgusting indeed they failed to provide the service they promised nd now the they wanna hold me hostage for their incompetence,I canceled simply bcos of their failure to provide a service or communicate atlist
