Disgusted!!!

I gave my notice for cancellation only to see a month later my account still being debited. I immediately contacted them regarding this to then find out that the cancellation wasn't actually logged by the consultant and that they will then refund me and cancel. Another month later while waiting for my refund which apparently take 7-14 days, that the refund was also not logged by that same consultant. Now another month later and still waiting for my account to be refunded and no word or update from anyone just my mailbox being filled with Ticket Log Reference number replies. Needless to say I am beyond........(fill in the blanks). Always quick to take money or cut your line but never as quick to refund I guess hey!
