Disgusted

I was visiting a friend when I mentioned to her that I would need to install fibre internet into my new business premises in the coming couple of months, she then refferd me to a aquantance she knows who works in the field. She gave me a number for a lady with the name Tracey who works for the main office in Durban. The next day I phoned her up and asked her if she could be of any assistance in this regard. She rudely asked me to hold while she was screaming and shouting at the background where I could also hear a child crying because of this screaming and cussing. At that stage I was ready drop the call and rather look for assistance else where. I then thought I will hold and give it another chance. The lady got back onto the phone and abruptly asked me what do I want. I then explained that I need to get internet service installed preferably fiber as I use alot of bandwidth and need it processed quickly for my business to run smoothly. She said she is sure that they will be able to meet my needs but still in a very aggressive abrupt tone as if I was more of a burden than business. I then greeted the lady and said I would rather take business elsewhere, whereby this lady started to sob uncontrollably and almost begging me to not do that as she really needs to commission as she is going through a family crisis and her and her kids dont have food in their home and please she begged me. I then said that she should of thought of this before treating me like a burden. Whereby her reply was that I should remember that if her child sits without food and a roof that I would be directly to blame.

I find this unprofessional and rude and would never suggest or recommend vox to anyone. I this is the stature of their employees it scares me to imagine what would happen if I needed after sales support
