DISGUSTED!!!!

VOX increases there price- states its effective from 1 January 2019 as per their correspondence - I change my STOP ORDER FOR JAN to the new amount but they SUSPEND MY LINE TODAY!!!! VOX accounts division you make me SIC**** especially that you do not even look at the clients payment habbits, you don't even give the client until the next month to adjust you just SUSPEND!!! THE CEO OF VOX must email me his or her comments on this ??? this is not the way to treat loyal clients!!! I do not want to hear from your inefficient accounts team neith is Kay Korf any better!!!! she has no s****s on dealing with complaints!!!
