Disgraceful service

If I were able to provide ZERO stars, I would. The level of service this company provides is an utter and absolute disgrace! It takes them 3 months to arrange for an installation to be done. Not even then are they able to be in contact with their installation partner - they put the customer in contact with the installation provider, Frogfoot, to finalise the installation.

After finally having an installed line (whihc I had to arrange myself, due to Vox's tardiness), we were referred to Vox's activation department. The technician was rude and unprofessional and after asking a bunch of questions, he put the phone down in my ear.
